W2200
Weighing in at 45 tonnes, 2.2 metre cutting width and around 900 horse power, this machine is ideal for maximising production. Working at full depth (300 mm) it will comfortably generate large tonnages of planed material per shift. It is equally happy planing to fine tolerances either on long straight motorways or more challenging towns.

W2100
This machine weighs 37 tonnes with a healthy 700 horse power driving and a 2.1 metre wide drum. For its size, this machine is extremely manoeuvrable and feels at home both cutting out large tonnage and working to the nearest mm putting new shape into an old road. |

W2000 and W200
Both of these machines perform very well in the urban environment. At around 550 horse power married to a 2 metre drum, they are no slouches when it comes to removing tarmac. Being slightly lighter and just a bit shorter than the big two, make them very manoeuvrable. So they are ideal in town. Being good in town doesn't mean that is all that they are good at. They perform very well at full depth or pulling out meterage on a motorway.

W100FK
Still on tracks, this machine is configured with the drum at the rear and the elevator at the front. This configuration makes the machine very useful when pulling away from buildings or street furniture. It will get closer than most! It is also very powerful and with its 1 metre wide drum, when not in confined space, will cover some serious meterage. |

W60DC
The 60 is one of the most capable of the smaller machines, with its 600 mm wide drum and ample horse power, it can still cut up to 300 mm deep at quite a fair pace. The 60 also comes with its own 8 wheel tipper which makes this machine very good value both from a production and a transportation point of view. |
|
W50DC
Although not expected to cut deep very often, the DC model was specified by us for its superior horse power compared to the standard 50. The 50DC runs on 3 wheels which makes it incredibly manoeuvrable and will make short work of those smaller planing to trimming jobs. As with the 600, the 50DC comes with its own lorry which makes it very good value.

W35
With its 350 mm wide drum and running on 3 wheels, the 35 is a highly efficient and highly manoeuvrable trimming machine. It is ideal for cutting joints and around iron work especially where time or noise is an issue. The 35 does have a small elevator and will discharge planings into a wheel barrow or tractor bucket. This means small planing operations can be carried out with this machine, even where space is limited. |

Bobcat
We run two T190 Bobcats. They are both on tracks, which means they tread very lightly and makes them ideal for footpaths and playgrounds where planing operations can be carried out with the minimum of disruption. The state of the art planer heads our machines are coupled to ensure a precise job and good finish every time. The Bobcats also come with a sweeper attachment so that the job can be cleaned up without the need to hire anything else. |
